Commercial Transactional and Licensing Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial transactional and licensing attorney with 3 years of life sciences transactions and licensing. The candidate will be drafting and negotiating licenses and commercial agreements for patents in the life sciences field. Will be drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses, collaboration agreements, research and development agreements, clinical trial agreements, manufacturing agreements, supply and distribution agreements, university licenses, and other types of strategic alliances and partnering arrangements. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ability to manage priorities and workflow is required. The ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance is needed. Must be acute attention to detail. Should have strong interpersonal skills.
