The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on complex healthcare regulations, including the False Claims Act, Antikickback statute, and Stark law.

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel on healthcare regulatory compliance matters, including the False Claims Act, Antikickback statute, and Stark law.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with well-reasoned advice.
  • Prepare legal documents and reports related to healthcare compliance.
  • Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance.
  • Strong academic credentials, demonstrating a solid legal foundation.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
