Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate in Atlanta, GA. This role offers an opportunity to engage with sophisticated clients in the dynamic data center and energy sectors. The position involves drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements, with a focus on development issues such as power, water, and zoning.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements.
  • Handle transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, and work letters.
  • Address development issues including zoning and permit processes.
  • Collaborate on service level agreements and data center projects.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
  • Experience with data center construction and financing preferred.
  • Am Law 100 firm experience required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the jurisdiction of resident office location.

Skills

  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
