Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Incentives Associate for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on expansion or relocation in the US, and developing new corporate headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. This role involves identifying and negotiating economic development incentives in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs and contracts.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies.
• Participate in high-level legal activities such as negotiations and trials.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.
