Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Riverside, CA, is seeking a skilled Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in business law. The ideal candidate will handle various aspects of corporate law, including general counsel work for privately owned businesses and nonprofits, commercial real estate, leasing, finance and business contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business structures and reorganizations, and secured financings. The candidate must be admitted to practice in California.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients in various corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Handle corporate governance matters and compliance issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in corporate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience practicing corporate law.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
