Litigation Attorney

The candidate should preferably have creditors' rights and lending default litigation experience. South Carolina law license is required.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and analytical aptitude with deposition, discovery, motion practice and trial experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice.
