A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Attorney with the following qualifications:

The Attorney will handle various legal matters, including drafting briefs, motions, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions, conducting witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and other related litigation tasks. Duties:

• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation.
• Admission to the Bar in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, DC.
