Duties:

• Represent employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation claims.
• Work closely with TPAs, insurers, and employers to ensure the swift and effective resolution of cases.
• Provide innovative legal solutions for complex workers' compensation claims.
• Efficiently manage files and collaborate with attorneys, assistants, and adjusters.
• Use technology effectively to maximize workflow and case management.

Requirements:

• Experience in workers' compensation defense or related field.
• Strong ability to handle a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and support staff.
• Comfort and proficiency with technology to enhance workflow and productivity.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar membership.
