Job Duties:

  • Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity.

  • Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
  • Drafting motions for summary judgments.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing Medical Malpractice cases.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
  • Excellent research abilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Tennessee.
