Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional research and analysis capabilities, and persuasive writing abilities. This role requires handling fact discovery, drafting correspondence, briefs, motions, deposition, and trial preparation.

Duties:
• Draft correspondence, briefs, and motions for commercial litigation cases.
• Conducted fact discovery and assisted in deposition and trial preparation.
• Perform legal research and analysis on various commercial litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Manage projects efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:
• 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Track record of academic and professional excellence.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability in legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Experience with deposition and trial preparation is desirable.

Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:
Admission to the Bar, active and in good standing.
