  • Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage trial preparation.
  • Engage in negotiation settlements and alternative dispute resolutions to effectively resolve disputes.
  • Perform extensive legal research and remain current with changes in the law.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop legal strategies.
  • Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates and strategic advice.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the Texas Bar Association.
