Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for its Los Angeles office. The successful candidate will lead and supervise all litigation tasks related to personal injury cases, focusing on maximizing case value and achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Strong experience in litigating traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and surgical orthopedic cases is essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead all litigation tasks related to personal injury cases.
• Develop case plans and strategies to maximize case value and prosecute aggressively.
• Conduct targeted discovery, law and motion, expert discovery, and trial work.
• Maintain routine communication with clients regarding case status.
• Resolve cases to clients' satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of personal injury litigation experience in California.
• Prior experience litigating traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and surgical orthopedic cases.
• Experience taking party, witness, and expert depositions and working cases up for trial.
• Prior trial experience is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
