Construction Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Oakland, CA is seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Associate Attorney with excellent academic credentials, extensive experience in complex litigation, and a specific interest in construction-related disputes. Duties:

• Handle complex construction litigation cases, including disputes related to contracts, defects, delays, and other construction-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on construction-related disputes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (T-14 and/or near top of class).
• Admitted to the Bar in California.
• Should have 3-5 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in complex litigation, preferably with a focus on construction-related disputes.
• Demonstrated interest in construction law and disputes.
