Duties:

• Draft and review various legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, business succession, entity formation, and contract compliance.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide analytical support in corporate transactions and tax planning strategies.
• Manage assigned legal cases efficiently, ensuring all deliverables are completed promptly.
• Assist in advising clients on tax implications, corporate law, and estate planning.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to devise optimal solutions for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning or corporate law.
• A strong interest in and knowledge of tax law.
• Proven organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar where practicing.
• An LLM in Taxation is preferred.
