The ideal candidate will possess strong client management skills, superior academic credentials, and previous experience in a large law or accounting firm.

Duties

• Manage transactional tax matters, including funds, joint ventures, and private equity.
• Engage in strategic mergers and acquisitions, finance, and restructuring work.
• Contribute to fund formation and partnership tax projects.
• Structure inbound foreign investments and handle REIT and real estate finance.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of transactional tax experience.
• Experience in large law or accounting firms preferred.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
