Proficiency in legal research, preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as prior experience with depositions and trials, is highly advantageous. Duties:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research to support case progression and management.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:
