Duties:

  • Business Development:

    • Develop and maintain a self-sustaining book of business in LatAm legal work.
    • Expand the firm's presence in the LatAm market through strategic business development efforts.
  • Legal Advisory:

    • Provide expert legal advice and counsel in LatAm legal matters.
    • Oversee complex transactions, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Client Management:

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients in the LatAm region.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the LatAm practice.
  • Practice Expansion:

    • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the LatAm practice area.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LatAm market.

Requirements:

  • Portable Business:

    • Must have a portable business in the LatAm legal practice area.
  • Book of Business:

    • Possess a self-sustaining book of business of at least $1 million.
  • Bar Admission:

    • Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the state of Florida.

Skills:
