Key responsibilities for this role encompass handling all phases of litigation, from the initial case review to final resolution. To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and maintain active Bar admission in Florida. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, and familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques, such as mediation and arbitration, is a valuable asset.
