Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• 6 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex bankruptcy cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
