The candidate will assist in Transactional work, including intergovernmental negotiations and agreements, Indian healthcare clinic contracts and operations, leasing and land use, gaming and hospitality, tribal employment matters, and drafting legislation and ordinances. Tangible legal experience working in Native American communities is required. Should preferably have a degree in Native American Law. Must have California and/or Arizona Bar admission.
