Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions

• Consult with clients to provide legal strategy and explain procedural options

• Manage case flow and collaborate closely with legal support staff and administrative teams

• Maintain timely communication with clients and uphold high standards of service delivery

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho and in good standing with the State Bar

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law

• Proficient in legal research, case management, and courtroom advocacy

• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional demeanor, empathy, and the ability to maintain client trust

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of Idaho
