The Financial Services Practice Attorney will be an integral member of the practice group, gaining meaningful experience by working closely with attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of fund formation experience, encompassing drafting fund documents, negotiating side letters, and providing advice on securities laws affecting private fund advisers.

Duties:

• Play a key role in fund formation activities.
