Litigation Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 0-2 years of experience. The candidate will join the plaintiffs personal injury law firm. Will be responsible for a range of case assignments, including legal research, drafting civil pleadings, interviewing clients, conducting case investigation, deposition preparation, taking depositions, assisting with and attending trials, mediation and arbitration preparation, and assistance as well as court appearances. Should be a recent graduate intending to sit for the July 2023 Massachusetts Bar exam or currently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree. Should possess the skills and ability to assist partners in all aspects of case/client preparation. Excellent organizational, analytical, oral advocacy and writing skills are needed. Top 25% of graduating law school class preferred.
