Associate Attorney needed for Boynton Beach office

This position focuses exclusively on managing a high-volume caseload of pre-suit personal injury cases. Location:

• Boynton Beach, FL

Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-suit personal injury matters from inception to resolution

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers to obtain favorable outcomes

• Conduct and cover PIP recorded statements and Examinations Under Oath (EUOs)

• Stay informed on relevant legislation and case law

• Engage in community marketing of firm services as needed

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar

• No disciplinary or malpractice history

• Demonstrated interest in the field of personal injury law

• Self-motivated professional committed to long-term career growth

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar license in good standing

Skills:

• Superior oral and written advocacy abilities

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage time and caseload efficiently

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
