Estate Planning Attorney

A law firm in Naples, FL is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 2-6 years of experience in Trusts and Estates. The ideal candidate will have an LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning and be highly motivated to work with high net worth individuals.

Job Duties:

• Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Provide legal advice on estate planning matters, including tax planning strategies
• Assist clients in asset protection and wealth preservation
• Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations
• Review and analyze client financial documents
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support and guidance
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and tax regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and records

Requirements:

• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
• 2-6 years of experience in Trusts and Estates
• Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and tax regulations
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple work assignments effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
