A law firm based in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a skilled Community Association Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in Community Association law. The successful candidate will possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to community associations on a wide range of matters.
  • Advise clients on compliance with governing documents, state and federal laws, and regulations.
  • Draft and review contracts, governing documents, and other legal instruments.
  • Attend board meetings and provide guidance on procedural matters and decision-making processes.
  • Assist with enforcement actions, dispute resolution, and litigation when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with team members as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • At least 2 years of experience practicing Community Association law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
