The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, writing, and research skills. Duties:Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, written discovery, legal research and writing, trial preparation, trial presentation, and client reporting.Conduct legal research and analysis on case-specific issues, particularly related to medical malpractice.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process.Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.Manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.
