Associate Attorney needed for Saint Cloud office

Job Overview: A law firm in Saint Cloud, MN, is seeking an Associate Attorney with previous experience in estate planning. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate law.
• Draft legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and real estate contracts.
• Represent clients in estate planning meetings, probate proceedings, and real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to estate planning and real estate law.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on complex legal matters and cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver.
• Strong understanding of estate planning principles, probate procedures, and real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Education:

Certifications:
