Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boca Raton is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academic credentials, and prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is also required.

Duties:

• Engage in various aspects of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Conduct due diligence reviews in support of transactions.
• Interact with clients to understand and address their corporate legal needs.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm on corporate matters.

Experience:

• Have prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm.
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.

Educational Background:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

Possess State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
