Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters within a fast-paced team environment.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and drafting responses.
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions.

Requirements

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required).
• Admission to the New York Bar (preferred).
• Strong legal research and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey (required).
• Bar admission in New York (preferred).
