Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Radnor, PA, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join its complex litigation practice. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-stakes cases, particularly in the areas of securities fraud and class action litigation. The role offers hands-on experience managing multi-party disputes, crafting litigation strategies, and working closely with both senior attorneys and support staff in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Duties:

  • Participate in both large and small attorney teams on sophisticated, high-impact litigation matters

  • Focus on complex legal issues related to federal and state securities laws, particularly fraud and class actions

  • Conduct extensive legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and briefs

  • Develop and execute litigation strategies across all phases of case development

  • Oversee complex discovery processes, including coordination among multiple parties

  • Interact with clients and assist in case management responsibilities

  • Guide clerical and support staff to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably involving class actions or securities-related matters

  • Demonstrated strength in legal writing and analytical skills

  • The capacity to function effectively both independently and within a team-based structure

  • Adaptability and receptiveness to guidance and performance feedback

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admittance to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for prompt admission)
