Associate Attorney

The Woodlands office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will be focused on probate and guardianship litigation. Will also require work on probate, guardianship, and estate administration files and simple estate planning. Should be familiar with the discovery process, be able to attend contested and uncontested hearings, as well as take and defend depositions.

The candidate should have excellent research and writing skills.
