eDiscovery Associate Attorney

A law firm in Portland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced eDiscovery Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills, with a preference for candidates with labor and employment experience.

Duties:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to eDiscovery matters.
• Collaborating with legal teams to develop strategies for document review and production.
• Managing the entire eDiscovery process, including data collection, preservation, and analysis.
• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to eDiscovery issues.
• Advising clients on best practices and legal implications of eDiscovery processes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.
• 3-5 years of experience, specifically in eDiscovery.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry affiliations and legal standards.
• Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.
