Associate Attorney (International)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 1 to 6 years of significant international legal experience in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will possess high academic performance, excellent analytic and writing skills, and meaningful international legal experience with a recognized international law firm, major multinational corporation, or government entity.

Duties

• Draft contracts and corporate documents.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic.
• Experience living or working overseas is highly desirable.

• Membership in the Utah Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.

Education

• Juris Doctorate or other English common law degree may be required.
