A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Employment Law Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and litigation skills, be personable, passionate, and organized, and must be fluent in Spanish.

 

Duties:

  • Take and defend depositions
  • Write and oppose motions, including MSJ (Motion for Summary Judgment)
  • Appear in court
  • Handle discovery independently

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of employment law litigation experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Excellent writing and litigation skills
  • Personable, passionate, and organized

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California
