The candidate must have experience in a wide variety of employment matters, including litigation of PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, as well as drafting motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions. Experience advising clients on company policies and procedures is preferred. California Bar membership is required.
