Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm is in search of a Commercial Finance Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in the drafting, negotiation, and closing of commercial lending transactions. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of issues related to Article 9 secured transactions and significant expertise in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements.

Duties:

• Draft, negotiate, and close commercial lending transactions.
• Demonstrate a firm understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions.
• Gain meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating intercreditor agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial finance.
• Expertise in the drafting, negotiation, and closing of commercial lending transactions.
• Firm understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Skills:

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in Article 9 secured transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating inter-creditor agreements.

Experience:

• Preferred experience with tax-advantaged financing.
• Preferred experience with various tax credits.
• Preferred experience in real estate and/or mergers and acquisitions.
