A law firm is seeking a skilled Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Lancaster. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with leading attorneys, join an established team, and enjoy advancement opportunities. With a focus on real estate transactions, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of substantive transactional real estate experience and a J.D. with licensure in Pennsylvania.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and property development.
  • Collaborate with an established team of attorneys to provide comprehensive legal support.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex real estate issues.
  • Apply expertise in planned community and condominium matters, if applicable.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional activities.
  • Provide counsel on regulatory compliance and risk management in real estate transactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.

 

Experience:

  • 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Experience managing various real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development.

 

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex real estate documents.
  • Knowledge or experience in planned community and condominium matters is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
