A law firm seeks an Environmental Associate Attorney to join its Environmental and Natural Resources Group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental litigation and regulatory matters, with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Duties

• Represent clients in environmental litigation in federal and state courts.
• Handle a variety of environmental regulatory defense and administrative enforcement matters.
• Provide transactional counseling on environmental issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and written communications.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in environmental law.
• Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
