…we want to speak with you.

Duties

  • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state environmental laws and regulations.

  • Handle CEQA/NEPA reviews, environmental impact analysis, and permitting processes.

  • Represent clients in enforcement actions and environmental litigation.

  • Manage hazardous waste, remediation, and contaminated-site issues.

  • Counsel on renewable energy, climate initiatives, and sustainability compliance.

  • Conduct environmental due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions.

  • Work with developers, utilities, manufacturers, and energy clients on regulatory strategy.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of environmental law experience.

  • Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and permitting.

  • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

  • Ability to manage regulatory timelines and complex compliance requirements.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and statutory interpretation abilities.

  • Effective communication with agencies, consultants, and clients.

  • Ability to handle both advisory and litigation-related environmental issues.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to deadlines.

  • Collaborative approach with technical experts and project teams.
