Duties

• Provide expert legal advice on family law statutes, regulations, and rules.

• Manage high asset and complex caseloads independently.
• Collaborate effectively with legal teams and support staff.
• Resolve cases through settlement or trial.
• Oversee case management with paralegals, legal secretaries, and billing staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years' experience in family law litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Certified Family Law Specialist or eligible for certification preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
• Certified Family Law Specialist preferred.
