Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in family law, supporting senior attorneys and partners in areas such as dissolutions, custody issues, and property division. Duties

• Draft settlement proposals, pleadings, discovery requests, and trial briefs.
• Conduct legal research and manage client files.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in family law practice.
• Experience with court hearings or trials preferred.
• Proficiency in California Family Code and local rules.
• Experience with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and law firm management software preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate.

Certifications

• Active Member of the State Bar of California.
