Intellectual Property Associate Attorney

The candidate will provide expertise in patent preparation and prosecution, patent licensing, performing patentability and clearance opinions, portfolio management, and conducting due diligence. Duties:

• Conduct patent preparation and prosecution.
• Facilitate patent licensing agreements.
• Perform patentability and clearance opinions.
• Manage intellectual property portfolios.
• Conduct due diligence investigations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Excellent academic credentials.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in intellectual property law.
