Senior Associate or Junior Partner needed for Phoenix office

Phoenix office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate or junior partner with 3 years of experience. The candidate will join an insurance defense firm. Will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, settling claims, and advocating through trial. Build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Provide legal support to clients, carriers, and supervising attorneys. Prepare legal reports, discovery, and pleading. Competent in handling trials as the first chair. Licensure in Arizona is required. California Bar license is a plus. Extensive knowledge of Arizona discovery, practice, and pleading is required.

The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong legal independence is required.
