Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a large law firm, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and governance matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-profile cases and client relationships.

Education:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
