Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level associate attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures to join their Healthcare Industry Team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will work with partners and associates to advise healthcare clients on strategic transactions and corporate matters.

Duties

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint venture transactions.
• Assist with corporate formation, operational strategy, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to support client needs.
• Engage in regular career progression and training sessions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint ventures.
• Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients and advisors.
• Admission to the bar in the state of application.

Education

• Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.
