Trial And Litigation Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trial and litigation attorney with 7 years of litigation experience. The candidate will share in the firm's commitment to providing its clients with high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of the law, will relish the strategic decision-making involved in litigation, including crafting litigation strategy in complex situations, and will enjoy presenting nuanced constitutional arguments in a clear and persuasive fashion. Must have significant experience with law and motion practice in state and federal court, including dispositive motions. Should also have prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. Prior experience representing public entities is preferred.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities, superior research and writing skills, and a strong work ethic. Must have a proven ability to work in a team and across offices, as well as an interest in elevating the Firm's brand and reputation.
