Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a joint ventures associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience with joint ventures. The candidate should preferably have experience with complex and highly sophisticated real estate joint ventures and complex real estate limited liability company and partnership agreements. Must have Admission to the State Bar of California. Major law firm experience preferred.

The candidate should preferably have excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to work in a team but also handle significant individual responsibilities. A high level of academic achievement is preferred. A tax LL.M. and/or familiarity with partnership tax is helpful.
