Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate attorney with 3-8 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be representing clients in regulatory advocacy matters, drafting legal research and analysis, participating in administrative and evidentiary hearings and agency workshops, and conducting regulatory compliance activities. Will be expected to work independently and assume full responsibility as the lead attorney for certain matters. Required to attend hearings and meetings in various locations, including Sacramento and San Francisco. Must have Admission to the California Bar. Should have experience in regulatory or legislative affairs or in a closely related field at an electric utility, non-profit, or government agency, with a preference for experience in regulatory proceedings at the CPUC.

The candidate should have a Law degree from an American Bar Association-approved law school. Must have excellent legal writing and public speaking skills.
