The candidate should have graduated from a nationally recognized law school. Should have experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues, be strategically and analytically minded, be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Must be admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near future. Must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
